In 2016 I battled through diverticulitis that landed me in the hospital for 11 days, losing over 15 pounds and stuck with a disease for life.
2021  - Divorce
2022 -  letting my business tank

It was a wake up call, Years of not being able to lock in my fitness, nutrition and mindset, I knew my lifestyle had to change.Through lifting, eating whole foods and a commitment to self-improvement, I transformed not just my body and health but my entire mind.
